Sunset Ashtanga with Marina – In-Studio Class
sunset’s ashtanga class will be guided by the level of students who sign up. Marina is skilled in pranayama (breathing), asana (moving), Hatha (traditional yoga) and ashtanga (traditional yoga). Her love of yoga Yoga saved her life after she discovered it 9 years ago.
“I used to be very sick but after practicing it every day since, I am as healthy as I can be,” Marina says.
In 2016, Marina went to India to get a training certificate to come back home to Cambodia, her country of birth, to share her passion for yoga with others.
She loves yoga and sharing it with everyone who comes to her classes.
