Richie’s first experience with yoga was a sunrise Ashtanga class on a rooftop in India back in 2005. He was instantly hooked and returned every day for three weeks, before taking the practice back to Ireland where he maintained a strong self-practice of yoga and meditation for the next ten years.

In 2015 he returned to India to train as a teacher, where he was introduced to traditional Hatha yoga.
Since then he has been passionate about teaching it, as well as Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga, Pranayama, and Meditation, as well as various other workshops, such as yoga anatomy, alignment, philosophy, and mindfulness.
