Ilana teaches modern yoga. Thoughtful, mindful flow yoga, taught from the heart with visual cues for the bones. Through a focus on variety, diversity, and boundaries we explore embodied anatomy and functional movement.

Ilana’s classes suit beginners and all bodies but also provide great complimentary practice for people with other movement modality practices. Classes are nourishing and energizing for every body.

Ilana incorporates play between strength and mind-body connection, relaxation, and nervous system healing, all wrapped in warmth, love, and laughter.

Ilana is a Heart + Bones 200-hour trained yoga instructor. The Heart + Bones style of yoga is “yoga with brains, love, and body smart movement.”
