Kelly, a yogi since 2003, found in yoga a beneficial and supportive tool for her life’s journey. Despite Multiple Sclerosis, Kelly’s regular yoga practice enabled her to maintain mobility, strength, and flexibility. Through mindful movement, she reset her CNS and connected with her breath, body, and community.
Drawn by dharma’s force, Kelly shifted her focus towards a life of service through Karma yoga. Kelly’s YTT experience taught her that practicing the foundational eight limbs of yoga and sharing that knowledge with others is her calling. Kelly is enthusiastic about sharing her experiences and learning from others, empowering them to prioritize their emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being on and off the mat.
After leaving the US in fall 2022, Kelly traveled to Southeast Asia, teaching at a hostel in Thailand, and getting certified in Thai Yoga Massage. She is currently excited to explore Siem Reap’s community in Cambodia, trekking around temples, making art, and volunteering when not teaching.
