I connect breath, awareness, and movement to help the student experience a meaningful practice. Through intention, meditation, pranayama, and asana, my students leave the class feeling refreshed, more aware of their body and mind, and be comfortable with themselves. My classes are challenging but non-competitive, delivered in English or Indonesian with relevant music background. I try to be very mindful with physical adjustments and always ask for oral consent, oral instruction and demonstration are default options. My teachings are stripped from religious connotations to make them more accessible to modern practitioners.
