Simon our yoga instructor began practicing yoga in 2006 and became a certified Yoga Teacher in February 2020. He has been teaching full time since his completion of this training. He considers yoga to be the find of a lifetime. A practice that maintains his health and offers the optimal balance of mind body learning and exploration.
Simon teaches Classic Hatha and Yin styles along with Nidra meditation. He loves sharing his experience so that others may also achieve balance and harmony in their lives.
