Baby Elephant Boutique Hotel
We are so excited to partner with these fantastic organizations and come together to provide a mindful, fulfilling, unique day-long retreat experience.
What to expect?
We will begin the day at 8:30 am with an opening circle and yoga practice at Yoga Space Siem Reap in the city center.
Followed by jumping on our mountain bikes and we will be guided by the Grasshopper Adventure experts through the local villages and traditional Khmer countryside all the way to the beautiful lotus fields.
Upon arriving at the lotus fields we will sit in the old teak house while taking in the views and enjoying a guided meditation. The staff at Samatoa will explain how they create silk out of the lotus flowers and we will get to try it out. We will also make a Mala bracelet out of the lotus seeds and discover how to fold the lotus petals in different shapes as part of moving meditation. There will be a beautiful vegetarian lunch provided.
We will venture back out on our bicycles to the well-known Baby Elephant for a swim and relax. Then make our way to their rooftop for a sunset meditation, slow asana practice, and closing circle. Finishing the night with a 4-course vegetarian meal at their restaurant!
You will be sure to be filled up with nature, happiness, deliciousness, and laughter by the end of the day!
